Nano Retreats is my way of crystallising 30+ years in energy so that each retreat is an opportunity for you to find your inner guru.

(Some creds: MSc, BA Hons, PGCE in FE, Cert in Counselling, Yoga Teaching Diploma, Reiki Master, Kundalini Master, Purple Reiki Master, DNA Activations and Attunements, Member on  various Steering Grps, Boards, Leadership and Management Grps. Over the  years,I have loved volunteering as a meditation and yoga teacher at my local Primary School, inspiring mini masters of greatness!  Languages spoken; English, French, Portuguese).
