During this beautiful 2 day fully immersive online retreat, you'll be guided by breath, voice and movement releasing limitations, baggage and trauma.
All the sessions are energetically different depending on the session itself and the retreater.
The sessions are adjusted to every retreater and this is in alignment with what works best.
You are guided and supported through every session, such that you'll feel every soulful workout uniquely adjusted to you.
There are 3 sessions per day and we are retreating during the day so that you can actively feel an energetic and true transformational difference within yourself during this retreat.
Each session is approx. 1-2 hours and everything is integrated, however, this depends on the retreater and what they also would love to focus on.
